The Man Behind The Camera

Hey guys,

My name is Nick Monaghan and I am a photographer based out of the Twin Cities. Though I live in Minneapolis, I shoot quite often all over the Midwest including Chicago, St. Louis/Kansas City, Wisconsin just to name a few place I have shot so far. I am available wherever you need me!

I fell in love with photography at a young age and have been continue to grow ever since. I started getting very serious with my photography when I moved to Minneapolis. I fell in love with street photography and coffee shop photography until I was approached about doing weddings and engagement photos and the business took off from there!

I am available to shoot wedding, engagement, family, event, anniversary, and senior photos.

I love Jesus, college football and traveling. You can often find me sipping on some coffee in a coffee shop somewhere nose deep in a good read! ​

What is happpppppenNING! I miss all of you fellow readers! As you can see by my lack of writing this summer has been probably one of the busiest summers of my life and I am going to go on the record as to saying that this truly has been one of the best summers of my life!   Photography started out in Minneapolis as nothing more than a hobby, then switched to a side hustle of getting paid to do shoots then I moved to Columbia and it became my main source of money. I couldn't believe that God forced me into going full time in photography and allowed me to pursue such an amazing passion. Highlights Of The Week: Mizzou Wrestling vs ODU, Denver, Crossfit Omnia and Red Rocks, Missouri High School Wrestling!

I'm back! After taking a hyatus from the blogging world I am back! I finally have 5 minutes to breathe (not really lol) BUT I have decided to do a highlights of the week blog every week! The goal is to do it every Sunday night but here we are on a Tuesday and I am just getting it out now. Without further delay here we go! Mizzou Wrestling vs. Old Dominion: December 2, 2017 This was a great meet and Mizzou crushed it. One of the coolest parts about this meets was it was military appreciation night for Mizzou Wrestling and every wrestler walked out onto the mat for their introduction with a member of the United States Military.
